யோகா விழிப்புணர்வு யோகாவின் முக்கியத்துவம் யோகாவின் பயன்கள்
யோகா பயிற்சிகள் வழங்கப்பட்டது.
On behalf of Navayugam Foundation and Gyanodhayam Yoga Educational Trust, Salem Zone – Attur Centre, a Yoga Awareness Program was conducted on 21.06.2025 at Jayam Vidyalaya CBSE School in Arur.
International Yoga Day Awareness Program at Jayam Vidyalaya
In recognition of International Yoga Day, students were taught yoga awareness, the importance of yoga, its benefits, and practical yoga exercises.
